Hello and welcome to the Jelly Baby Photography website! My name is Jen and I am a newborn baby specialist photographer, coming to your home in the Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, and Gloucestershire areas. Using only natural light I create simple yet stunning images of your tiny newborn baby in those precious first days for you to treasure forever.​

Having four young children myself, I can remember those early days well. My aim is to make the whole process of photographing your newborn baby as simple and easy as possible! Coming to your home makes everything much easier and far less stressful for you and your newborn baby as I operate a total 'go with the flow' atmosphere. I will bring along all equipment and props to use during the photoshoot so you don't need to worry about a thing!

are looking for, with one simple cost, so you can spend more time
concentrating on cuddling your newborn!

Jelly Baby Photography (newborn specialist) has been established in the
Bristol and Bath area for over 10 years and I have photographed over 500
babies! I am fully newborn trained and insured so you can rest assured that
your newborn baby is in safe hands!

For newborns it is ideal to photograph them within the first four weeks as
they are super sleepy during this time, creating those gorgeous posed pictures.

Newborn Photos

I remember those early newborn baby days well and therefore I have tailored my services to make the whole process as simple and easy as possible.

I offer just one 'Everything' package, which includes:
​
- Travel to your house within Bristol or Bath*
- Photo Session (approx. 3x hours but depends on feeds, sleeping etc)
- Use of all props and equipment (supplied by me so you don't need to worry about a thing!)
- Sibling and family images included
- Professional editing of 20x colour images
- Included in the images is one artistic digital composite picture (please see explanation in 'About' menu)
- Keepsake USB stick & box containing 40x images (20x in colour, plus the same in b&w)
- Professional 5x7 print of each image
- Print Copyright (to allow you to print as you like with the images)

* Please note, for areas further afield (such as Monmouthshire, Wiltshire, Somerset & Gloucestershire) there is
a small mileage is charge purely to cover my fuel there and back.

Maternity Photos
​
If you would be interested to capture some photographs of your gorgeous bump before your newborn baby arrives, this can be included for only an additional £120, which includes:

- Travel to your house within Bristol or Bath*
- Photo Session (approx. 1-2x hours)
- Use of props and equipment (including maternity dresses, halos, etc)
- Children can be included at no extra charge
- Professional editing of 10x colour images (plus duplicates in black & white)
- Print Copyright (to allow you to print as you like with the images)

About Me
I still remember receiving my first camera as a birthday present when I was 12. From then I had my interest in photography sparked.
​
At University I studied more about the art using darkrooms and film processing by hand. The subject continued to intrigue me, but it wasn't until I was given my first DSLR in my early 20's that I was able to appreciate how incredible Photography can be.
​
It was the arrival of my first son, Joshua, that encouraged me to learn how to edit, and after the arrival of my second son, Harry, that I finally realised that Newborn baby Photography was the direction I wanted to go.​
​
I now have four handsome young boys, and feel fortunate to been able to document their childhood in photographs.
​
Anyone who knows me will tell you how much I love babies! They don't stay small for very long and I love having the opportunity to capture their littleness in some gorgeous poses to cherish always.
